A long strip of feathers with ribbon lacing at the ends which can be wrapped around the shoulders then tied in a bow to create a dramatic addition to any outfit. Can also be wrapped and tied around the waist to add a layer to a skirt.

If you are plus size or extra small this can be made to measure when ordering for no extra cost – just state your dress size, otherwise the standard length fits most.
