New addition to the range of spike bra inserts. This design has a hole at the nipple area, to allow you to combine it with nipple clamps or using fingers or teeth on the nipple, while the rest of the breast is spiked by the pad, to make breast play more intense during a scene.

A black pair of plastic disks, slightly curved, with sharp plastic spikes on the inside, and a hole in the centre for the nipple to poke out. Designed to sit inside the bra or pants, to add a level of discomfort during the day or during a play session. The spikes are sharp enough to be noticeable, and will really dig in if they are pressed or spanked.
